Mr Pete is like a “sports dad,” as if he’s an ex-coach in another lifetime. He’s always taking the kids fishing and camping. He’s the “good cop” of the two parents, acting a little like a kid himself. He can be grumpy if things don’t go according to plan, but won’t take it out on the kids.
